@cultfavefootballshirts: Ever wondered how we remove an old vinyl nameset from a football shirt? 👕⚽ We use a chemical remover like #VLR on the back of the nameset to soften the adhesive. If it doesn’t react well, we spot-test other removers. Sometimes a light tug lifts the cracked bits, but for the stubborn ones, we gently scrape to loosen the vinyl. After removal, we rinse the shirt thoroughly to clear any leftover chemicals. Then it’s alignment time: T-shirt grid, ruler, and heat-resistant tape to get everything straight. Every nameset has different pressing instructions, so we always follow the manufacturer’s temp, time & pressure guidelines.
