@sophiemorrisofficial: Another brilliant low-sugar jam swap! 🍓 I’ve talked before many times about Mor Taste jam which I absolutely love and is amazing to see it so widely available now!! It’s only around 20% sugar and tastes incredible and now I’ve just spotted a brand-new option from Folláin which is also low sugar! Their new “spoonfuls” range is 56% fruit and only 24% sugar with some seeds added for extra fibre. It’s amazing to see a bigger Irish brand bringing out a lower-sugar option — their traditional jam is 62% sugar so it’s a huge reduction in sugar. Their traditional one is gorgeous every now and again, but if jam is something you or your kids have regularly, this kind of swap makes such a difference to overall sugar intake. It’s another great example of how much has changed since so many of us started reading our labels. More and more brands are creating healthier options and it’s amazing to see!
