I sang my soul dog to the other side while raced down 93, in the middle of the night, to his vet in Wheatridge. I begged for him to stay. He couldn’t. His job was done even though I wasn’t ready. We’re lucky to have experienced the love we did. ❤️

Beautiful tribute, Thank you! I have always had large dogs. Unfortunately large dogs don't live as long as smaller dogs. I'm old and in late stages of terminal cancer. I am on my fourth Great Dane. And the old boy that I have now is starting to walk as weary as the human he looks after. I understand this bond. this Unconditional love!
