When does it end? The menopause. My periods stopped at 48 and I really thought that was it. I really thought I breezed through that shit, I THOUGHT menopause was over after the periods end. I’m 51 next week and although I’m not as crazy thanks to HRT, when do I stop saying IM IN MENOPAUSE?

yep. I had a full hysterectomy at 38 put instantly in menopause. omg im 41 and still feel like this even on estrogen patches. it's so fun not. omg they didn't say what to expect. they should show your videos lol

I feel this way too much 😅 menopause and perimenopause really are the wildest roller coaster—one minute you’re fine, the next you’re bloated, sweating, irritated, and exhausted for no reason. I thought I was losing my mind. In a women’s forum someone mentioned eat like a woman protocol (by loren green). I tried it and everything eased—28 lbs down, steadier mood, digestion calm. Wild how this info isn’t talked about more.
