Coming from a 2012 6.7 powerstroke to a 24 ram 6.7 … I couldn’t be more disappointed in how weak the Cummins is and we have 2 they are WEAK

went from a deleted 2012 6.7 ram with a 68 in it. to a 22 6.7 powerstroke both pulled my 14k fifth wheel. the powerstroke is just a better truck. there really is no comparison

I got a 2012 6.7 cummins highoutput with a g56 trans. and a 2023 z71 l5p.... ill take a my l5p any day. pulls better handles better.

I’ve said this for years, everyone who claims otherwise have never driven more than what they own. I was a ford guy, first time I used a 6.7 dodge vs all my fords having to be to the floor to pull, I went n bought one and never looked back.

Both Duramax trucks I have had, we're twice the truck my dodge was...and pulled the guts out of them all. Dodge took many transmissions, rear end, several transfer cases. axel seals, death wobble, steering boxes, front end/tracking bars gone all the time...was junk. Traded off on a duramax and those issues were gone.

Tuned and deleted L5P Duramax is an absolute beast. I've had pretty well all myself.

I think the difference is the cummins guys don't have mechanics. our shop dropped a ford off and had a 14000 dollar repair bill. I've put allot of parts in my 5.9 but with 500k it still never seen anyone's hands but mine

Maybe the most reliable and fun to drive but hard to compare 350hp/650 ft lb in the 6.7 to 445hp and 910 ft lb in the 17-19 L5P

Tune and delete the Cummins to still get fucked by a stock 6.7 ford. I’ve had a g56 tuned and deleted and have a 5th gen now, the ford will out everything the ram and not have a black hole in the dash while doing it.

6.7 is The best work trucks made. Even the 68 trucks are so good. Aisin trucks are monsters too. And I’m a Chevy guy

I love the way my 06 5.9 with a built 48 pulls. 9 years and 100k miles virtually no issues. I’m swapping in a 6.7 once this 5.9 gives up
