I got a ticket for my dad to visit and when he was at the airport they sent a message saying flight is postponed to 2 days later. So my dad went back and after 2 days he went to airport again then they said the flight was yesterday. They said they sent the the wrong date and the plane already left 🤦♀️again my dad had to go back and come back on the nearest flight. Mind you my dad is old and has health issues and had to go back and forth to the airport. Never again booking their flights.
