We had the others too, the tubes that hold the steps come out and the steps fall out, then the scissor piece, like yours, broke and collapsed the whole thing, good thing she was only on the lower steps. I machined new cross bars that can’t fall out and a new scissor piece, as customer service is non existent.

I had the same broken ones. They collapsed the day Ember hit 90 lbs and they were rated for 150. I ended up having to go to petsmart that day and get a 400lb dog ramp but it’s still going with my 122lb and 165lb babies at least.
