I've been taking it for almost 2 years now and I can immediately feel the difference when I slack buying a new bottle and go a few days without it. it's helped me so much with inflammation I had in both my shoulders, I had to get surgery and it made a difference on my joints, turmeric and cutting sugar as much as possible
