Once I realized I really didn’t want or need to love bombing my whole aura changed. I actually like the space, I don’t know why I fought against it so much. I have all this time to do what I want and when I see him is like not a day has passed. But if during the space I happen to find someone ready for a label I might just explore that. Until then just enjoying the experience, loving him, learning about me, trying and taking notes.

As an avoidant myself I do not agree with the comments saying ignore and make them chase. Because I never chase. Maybe men do but I don’t. But I do respond to grown up, calm, non-emotional greetings if we haven’t spoken for a few days. Just a non dramatic non confrontational hello and not bringing up feelings etc. I like casual maturity. It reels me in.
