They are increasing the van size . This is look like mini truck . They should pay you per parcels not hours because they are increasing parcels not per hour price . They should pay you $1.5 each parcel. You should not do that parcels in that per hours price .

Being a flexer, we only have 55 max (that’s my max I’ve had) in a 4 hour route. Granted some are 1.5-7 miles apart at times, but no way I could do that many packages in a day 👏👏👏
