@cowboylikemeli: Wabi-sabi - a Japanese aesthetic philosophy that finds beauty in imperfection, impermanence, and simplicity. It involves appreciating the natural cycle of growth, decay, and the beauty of the imperfect. (I’m not saying that any of this is imperfect, it’s only considered imperfect by society. Everyone’s perfect in their own way, whether they have clear skin or not. It’s important that we see our own beauty and not compare ourselves with others) #wabisabi #loveyourself #imperfections #trend #fyp

Grace Mae :

i feel like these "unconventionally" attractive features are only attractive on people who are conventionally attractive in every other manner if that makes sense ☹️it's "unique" when the rest of you is conventionally attractive, but when you're not (or have 2+) you're just .. unattractive

it’s not ‘wabi sabi’ it’s beautiful BOTH of them are beautiful the second one isn’t perfect its just ‘beauty standards’ but just bc u don’t meet them dosent mean your ‘ugly’ or ‘off centre’ everyone’s beautiful in their own ways!
