Ingredients 2 packs Knorr Herb & Butter rice 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 cups chicken broth 1 head broccoli, chopped 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese French fried onions (for topping) 2 tbsp butter (optional) Directions 1. Add the Knorr rice packets, cubed chicken breast, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and chicken broth to the crockpot. 2. Cook on LOW for 3 hours. 3. After 3 hours, stir everything well. Add in the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, and a handful of French fried onions. If using, place small pats of butter over the broccoli. 4. Cover and cook for another 40 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the rice is fully cooked. 5. Top with extra fried onions before serving.
