There looks to be a loophole for cheating thats fairly easy to bypass. Let's say a Lowe's employee handing out buckets happens to know (which im pretty sure they will) or can clearly see which bucket has the shiny envelope in it and their friend or family member also happens to also be one of the first 50 to receive a bucket. Then surprise surprise the family mem and/or friend happens to get the bucket containing the shiny envelope. Too easy to pull off especially if no one knows their connection to one another. Just sayin.
