I think if you're just buying the toner to start off this is the perfect bundle so you can try the shampoo and conditioner. I personally leave the toner in overnight and then the next morning wash / Rinse it out with the Se-Brazil shampoo and conditioner. however there are people that just leave it on 15 to 30 minutes. I do it that way because when I first started out a year and a half ago with Stephanie my scalp was bleeding from psoriasis. and also with my eczema I could not stop itching everywhere. Some people don't even realize it and they are night scratchers and it's because you have dry scalp (Your scalp is skin as well)and this works for you too This is for all types of skin and also you can use it on your fur babies Yeah I said it You can use it on your fur babies.
