I understand is his right to record and take pictures of anybody but if somebody is doing that to you or your kids to plan something bad . There is nothing you can do because the law protect them ? I think you should be free to do it but police shpuld be allowed to ask what is the reason and if you don’t answer you should be arrested for bothering people
