I was not educated on Mongolian Spots and once thought one of the littles left in my care at the nursery at church was being abused. I asked another mama, who was Latina and she explained it to me. The mom found out and thanked me for loving her baby so much! I felt so stupid though.

the hospital took a picture of my son's the day he was born so no one accused me of this. they say it happens alot and this helps prevent false calms.
