That happens every year on the newer quadtracs after they sit through a freeze thaw they can get coolant in the oil not saying it’s your problem but it might not happen again right away

Maybe it’s an injector cup.. could drop a liner, but why does everybody think it dropped a liner?? Could be a cracked head.. oil cooler, contamination…?

Unsure if you can pull the oil pan in chassis on older cats but I had a 3306 with a failed water pump mixing coolant into the engine oil, I’d also test the oil cooler in hot water while pressuring it, defiantly not common but they can fail that way as well

Best bet would be to drop the front belly pan and drain the oil. Pull a side plate off the oil pan and confirm where it’s comes from before wasting time and money throwing parts at it. Plus this allows you to confirm the repair when done.

Just saw a guy working on an excavator and he pulled the valve cover off and found it was a freeze plug that had come out.
