Gurl, you nailed it! Now you're prima and need to come to la carnita asada. Btw, most of the time we only make tamales on "big ocasions", like the december holidays and in an special day on Feb 5. We might have tamales on normal days, but we buy them from our trustworthy señora de los tamales who usully sell them.
