@lifeofvaleriya: here’s my honest review of italian kitchen on burrard street 🍝🍷✨ this spot is in the top 10% of restaurants worldwide on tripadvisor 😍 if you’re in vancouver and love italian food, it’s officially earned a spot in my top 5 favorite italian restaurants 🙌 from the moment we walked in, the service was incredible – super attentive, quick, and friendly. the restaurant felt festive and lively, and even though we were seated in the center (not my first choice for a birthday 🎉), the staff made it feel really special. they knew we were celebrating, the birthday card was in play, and everyone was on the same page. we felt totally taken care of 💛 🥟 starters: • risotto balls – crispy outside, soft & pillowy inside, packed with bold truffle flavor. so unique, literally had us all like “whoa” 😋✨ • eggplant parmigiana/lasagna – tender layers of eggplant, rich tomato sauce, perfectly melted cheese. comforting, flavorful, and just perfect 🍆🧀 🍝 mains: • spaghettoni alla carbonara – soft pasta soaked in creamy sauce, egg yolk + pecorino romano + cracked black pepper balanced so well. a classic done exceptionally. • truffle spaghetti & meatballs – black truffle cream sauce, tomato fondue, herbed ricotta, and juicy melt-in-your-mouth meatballs. everything blended perfectly. rich, flavorful, indulgent 😍🍄 🍰 dessert – on the house 💛 so sweet and so tasty! minor note – seating could be more private for special occasions, but honestly the service & attention to detail more than made up for it 🙌 overall: cozy, festive, delicious, and one of my most italian-feeling spots in vancouver. definitely coming back soon! ❤️🇮🇹 #vancouverfoodie #vancouverfood #italianfood #vancouverbc #italianrestaurant
