The customer was wrong- why do customers think they are entitled and excused on their behavior issues? Why was the customer not arrested? In my customer service The customer isn’t always right- that’s an employer mindset!! That their employees have to be subject to this behavior from customers!!! And management doesn’t step in to do their job!! Same old story!!

There is no excuse for putting your hands on someone she was conducting her job whether she was kind or not is irrelevant once that woman slapped her. They were other measures that that woman could’ve taken if she was not pleased with the cashier physical violence is not acceptable.
