I'm here in the US. Just got a fine for red light from a camera for $158. I'm innocent but to prove this I need to pay $10 to file an affidavit then go to court. When I win my case, I still have to pay $262 in court costs. So basically what's the entire point of trying to be innocent when I am punished more severely?
