I answer and tell them I’m super interested, I just need to go check on the food real quick. Usually hear a knock again in like 5-6min. Then tell them the same thing. Then get another knock in 5-6min. Then tell them I’m almost done brb. Then hear another knock, tell them I’m wrapping up. Then they usually get mad and leave after standing there for 20ish min 😂

My town posts regular updates online for any soliciting permits that were issued and encourages people to call 911 of a non permitted solicitor comes to your door. I love it!!!

As a kid I spent most of my life in the “country “ so when I grew up and moved closer to the city. My first job was with spectrum, door to door. Did it for a year, worst job ever. 10/10 would not recommend. I understand now, the anger or frustration.
