@chahee.lk: Okumidori 🍵 from @Kogen Matcha thank you for the sample! Firstly, it has a pleasant and sweet aroma when I opened it. During whisking, I found that Okumidori easily forms microfoam and doesn’t require much effort to whisk. For my latte, I used 50ml of water and 100ml of fresh milk. The taste has a slight bitterness, with medium umami and nuttiness. It’s also creamy and smooth, with a lingering finish.
