Sports direct is one of the worst place to buy online stuff they charge £5 for delivery and even for the collection from the store. They use EVRI courier company also worst in the town I placed order on 25 January when online sales were on I couldn't receive my parcel till 3rd of Feb 2026 and after inquiring from EVRI and sports direct they said we have lost my order. They said we have cancelled the order and you will get refund. I said I want my stuff with same price but they said only 10% discount voucher they can give. Very poor firstly that stuff is out of stock secondly remaining stuff is more than double price if I buy now. So never ever use them for online shopping they are worst no-one will attend your phone call and when you visit the store they will say online is a separate department what do you mean by separate sports direct is only one weather online or in store very vary poor never ever use them for online shopping thanks .
