I don’t know they say for you to contact whatever bank you’re using because you probably have a claim that’s open and they waiting for it to go through and clear or you could cancel the claim that is open for a fraud alert scams whatever it is if you contact Paypal or if you contact your bank, your bank is the one that’s locking it not Tiktok🦋
