As somone who was a manager in retail we don’t in fact hear from corporate about customers complaining. They got better/ bigger issues to deal with 🤣🤣🤣🤣

as someone who is currently a manager at a little caesars, big orders take longer especially if it’s already busy, we have orders coming in from 4 different places so please be patient not only that but it’s a pizza place…if you want fast food go to mcdonald’s or something, pizza is gonna take longer we can’t make our ovens move fast

People seem to act like human beings are able to just accelerate endlessly. If theres 3 people to make and box the pizzas. That means at max, only 2 pizzas can be made at a time (realistically). If theres 3 orders that come in at the same time of 5 pizzas, they won't all be made that minute. If its happening all day....

As someone who works at little caesars, it's going to depend on how busy it is, the location, staff, and even their oven. Did they only have a 2 deck oven, or a e deck. My location isn't the busiest, but it gets bad. In my experience, unless it's Halloween, New Years, the Superbowl, a natural disaster just recently happened, or there's a lot more orders being made at the same time, there isn't a reason why this order should be 30 minutes late.

Actually, it goes to a call center that call center generates the complaint. It says it to the franchise the only way this would go to Corprate for real is if it was in a store in Detroit, which Corprate owns.
