Yes! I’ve always said that. If you met the goal, you’d say, we met or exceeded this KPI. That’s it. Done. If you talk about it for 5 minutes instead, I think you’re trying to convince me you’re saying a lot while you’re not really saying anything at all. You’re hiding behind words.

Few years back we did a corporate training called business improv that was really good. Helped a lot with communication issues and effectively brainstorming as a team and tons of conflict resolution stuff. It's not exactly an improv class but you do some yes anding for some things. Definitely would recommend
