First time out the house today since Friday. Too much to do at home. So I have gone out to get my hair done then do a 40 minute walk home to get the steps in. At least it’s stopped raining.

I'm really struggling at moment, was diagnosed with advanced rheumatoid arthritis a few weeks ago and put really advanced meds that are knocking me about. so in-between working and feeling 💩 I'm on sofa. my fury baby is staring at me wanting a walk but just can't bring myself to go, well done you for getting out x💗

This dark weather has absolutely heightened my anxiety to turbo. My fight and flight made me flee my house and walk 4 miles away in the dark and cold. Winter is terrible!! I must have looked like right nutter🤨

we’ve been really busy over the last few days and don’t think I’ve seen much daylight… planning a run today (I hate running but need to train for a 10k in 2 weeks 💪😂) then a family walk with the dog… make the most of the sunshine and fresh air ❤️
