I have the original airwrap, not the one you show in this video. My biggest complaint is the cord constantly gets tangled. After a few curls, I have to stop and untangle the cord. Do the newer models have this issue?

Terrible experience. Just got my Dyson and on first use metal parts fell out of the curling barrel and it was not curling. Amazon didn’t want to help nor did the Dyson support team. Awful experience from a brand that prides itself on quality
