The igniters are only used during engine startup and once light off is confirmed even at idle speeds or slower the flame is self sustained. compressed air and Atomized fuel (the flame) is self sustained due to the continuous flow of the fuel/air mixture through the Combustion section ... Some turbine engines do require periodical operation of the igniters during flight and if a Flame out occurs the flight crew will need to restart that engine therefore operating the igniters and following the engine startup up sequence .. but once again the Igniters do Not provide a continuous flame nor spark in a turbine engine 👍
