I disagree with this. Stuffing tastes when there’s time to soak up the flavors. It’s like having soup the next day, the flavors have emulsified and created a richer taste and better texture imo.

Of course you can make it ahead. It is delicious! Just add a little broth if it seems dry before warming.

I make it on day ahead. In the morning I put some in the turkey. The rest in a casserole dish. Put turkey drippings on it and heat in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Never had an issue
