When I was waiting tables, I was working doubles to save for an engagement ring, and then to save up for the wedding. If any of my tables found out, I got hella good tips from them. So good, that one of my co-workers, who was a very good looking girl, told her boyfriend (who was our bartender), that they should start saying that they were getting married. . She didn't get tipped any better. Probably because it meant the guys realized they didn't have a chance.
