My father passed away 2 months ago and I didn't allow myself the opportunity to grieve and mourn initially so I could "take care" of everything. D⁹ì nidn't realize it wouldn't go away. ime feeling stuck in terms of business and health and overall life 🤔

This such a scary thing, I don’t know how to let go because the pain, is still there and the intensity fluctuates but never leaving days unchecked. I guess it’s a lot of work to get though thoughts of pain and grief. And again I’m scared.

Hello! I haven’t seen your videos in a while! And I can give a great example of this that I wish my dad could’ve understood without belittling my entire life. My granddad (his dad) passed. The day after the service, Dad asked me why I hadn’t been making videos. I told him I wasn’t even close to the right place to make content. He said “it’s not that you can’t, you just don’t want to.- and please don’t get defensive-“ because it took most of my life to establish any boundaries on my terms.
