I’m turning 50 in 2026. Physically working on myself by trying to eat better than going to the gym. I also want to be able to put the phone down and limit my social media by reading more. Never been too much of a reader so if someone could kind of guide me on where to start, I would appreciate it thanks.

Thinking, Fast and Slow… hmm, it’s more of a 1 or 2 page a day kind of book. Fascinating topics, but delivered in a complex way... Js my pov. it’s not something you can sit down and read all at once....

Part 2 pls and add "Tuesdays with Morris" by Mitch Albom. - Philosophy, deep questions about life, death, and purpose
"Sophie's World" by Gaardner - Forgot the first name, also about Philosophy. It covers a lot of questions, so much you can learn. Will reread it actually.
"Safely Home" by Randy Alcorn
- Was about Christian Chinese persecution. Like a wake up call for ppl that there are still a Christian persecution happening in the present. Just read it 1000/10 recommended! I'm rereading it rn.
