I had a cyst they said was fine. I asked for it to be aspirated anyway. They kept saying it’ll be fine. Then the junk was suspicious looking at aspiration. Thankfully it was nothing, but they kept saying it’ll was just fluid when it was complex, every step of the way I kept defying the odds. So glad that was done though because if it was something I would’ve been really upset with waiting.

💯 I am also a mammographer and had bilateral radial scars. Told leave alone! I said No take them out! Sterio showed no atypical cells but excision did!

I thought I had mastitis but turned out to be IDCC in August. I’m forever thankful for my medical team for pushing to testing as I’m only 33 with no family history. Ended up with 3 tumors and also areas of pre cancerous cells. Mastectomy was the easiest decision I’ve ever made!
