Is there no Thanksgiving Live this year? It's a tradition to watch it in my house and we can't seem to find anything about it

I have spreadsheets just for my family of 5.... Nov 1st is planning day. it's your last day to tell me what you want, ANY dish is welcomed but Nov 2ed you missed the deadline, short of the apocalypse there are no changes. Nov 3rd is my shopping list day. I check recipes and such and make a shopping list based off what is needed right down to salt. The 5th is shopping list date planning, making lists with dates things can be bought ( Exp: Sweet potatoes are on the list for the 23-25. ) WE DO NOT SHOP THE DAY BEFORE. the 8th is creating the spread sheet for prepping, what days what needed premade or prepped. Such has the 26th we are making the freezer pies (I make a pumpkin pie that is frozen when served) and the cranberry sauce (better after it sits in the fridge), also breaking down the turkey ham and such.
so yes spread sheets are a must for the best holiday lol

do you really need a ton of salt? There's typically already injected with a sodium solution. Seasoning, fresh herbs, and butter can provide a lot of flavor.

No! @Jet Tila beating mashed potatoes with either a whip or a paddle will create too much gluten and they’ll be hard. Use a potato ricer. Check it out and let me know how it goes.
