Guys how I sleep with a looser curl pattern is I sleep with a t shirt on my head like you do when you plop your hair then I put my bonnet over the top (if you don’t know how to plop your hair search tutorials on tiktok)

do twists after washing then the Hext day take them out u can put your bonnet over the twists if you want and then undo the twists when you wake up and separate some haira
