@thegymnurse: This is currently the first lower body day in my 4 day gym program on my training app. I program new stuff every 6 weeks for those who want to change more frequently but the programs are 8 weeks long for those who prefer more time to master the program. I’ve lowered my training volume to 4 days in last couple months and so far it’s been much better on my body.
