Ex33 is a mediocre impression of better rpgs. Barely any buffs/debuffs, no need to switch characters or use builds for specific fights, mash dodge, ai lookin environment. It only became this big because it’s not anime style which made casuals play it.

hard disagree and for the opposite reasons. I didnt like the archetype system in metaphor that much. in fact it was one of the reasons I didnt want to finish the game. and thats sad because I got pretty far. but I just got so bored with combat and having to level archetypes. it was just an unessecary grind.
