personally i have had a horrible experience with the ring. i really do love the ring but im currently on my fourth ring in less than 8 months the first three out of nowhere they stopped connecting so i got in communication with them. there help team is amazing they sent me all three replacements without charging me no complaint with the team. i’m now on my fourth ring where i have had to charge it 3-4x a day because it runs out of battery
