Please make sure you take extra precautions with your postpartum. I felt the same way and fell into postpartum psychosis. which was the scariest thing I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Reach out to me if you need anything! Even a hug I’m here!

Praying for you mamas! This is not talked about enough! I understand a bit of how you feel. I got pregnant 9 months postpartum. I am so thankful and blessed to have had my boys and wouldn’t change anything, but I am still lost in who I am other than a mom and wife.

Its okay to be vulnerable babe. Its okay to not be okay and its also okay to feel all the emotions that youre going through and express them. Go through these next few months giving yourself grace, take things day by day. Try and tell yourself that God is telling you this is a redirection you may not understand fully right now? I just found out 4 days ago and my youngest is 14 months and I just started my career and the disappointment I feel is rough… I have cried so much for not being excited this time… I thought she was my last and I was on birth control and breastfeeding and hadn’t had a cycle since my youngest… i feel crushed and like I’ve lost all sense of myself and it’s very hard
