Customers dont usually know hwat a misfire is let alone which cylinder is misfiring so I doubt customer states cylinder 3 misfire, also diagnose the damn vehicle and dont use condensation on the fill cap as a diagnostic.

Not as much of a smoking gun as you think but. Trust me, I was young and thought the same thing with a lot of different vehicles but newer cars I guess just get condensation in them which the water mixes the oil it makes that look like a head gasket.
