No my class in middle school was so disrespectful I remember I had and older lady as a sub she was like 60-70 and they were throwing stuff at her!! I felt so bad 😣

After years of subbing, I’ve learned middle school only works if you clap back with the same energy. If they’re mean, you gotta match it, it’s the only thing that works 😭

as someone who works in a middle school i think it’s lowkey the full time teacher’s fault.. like the teachers who are on their game and have set systems every day when we have subs it’s amazing, and runs relatively similar to how it normally goes but with slightly more chatter, but the teachers who don’t.. oh my😭😭

i’m in middle school and it’s so annoying because every time we have a sub someone always has to get security to escort five kids out and people are always so disrespectful to the sub when the sub is taking time out of their day and doesn’t get paid enough. It’s so disrespectful.
