Dealer didn't deny it Cummins denied it. Cummins is the only one that can approve or deny a warranty on a Cummins engine.

Guarantee the techs that did the flex plate used the crank bolts to bar engine over and the bolts were loosened and not retorqued.

with a broken flexplate it was out of balance. the vibration could have broke all of that in a 1000 miles.

I could be wrong. but you guys show alot of heavy engine failure. but with big hills out by Salt Lake city,ut guys put their big diesel trucks with gooseneck trailers fully loaded and dont hold up. these guys should be using semi trucks and trailers to handle those conditions. but nobody wants to admit it. gonon flat land and you can pull anything on flat land but steep hills and dump guys broking loads with a small diesel thinking their saving money will break loose after so many hill climbs!! bring up were they run these trucks. but will never be said
