Your honor, in the case of Fat Stafford vs Shayne, we push that Mr. Shayne’s appeal is denied. Due to both Stafford and Shayne being the only known undodgeball honeybun experts it is voided with Mr. Shanye claiming he had “a pretty good one”. Also, looking that majority of the questioned honeybun did in fact hit the leg regardless of breakage resulting in 1 leg point. We lastly push to submit an appeal deadline of 5 minutes after an event. Nothing further your honor.

By accepting the honeybun and throwing it you accepted the integrity of the HB and further more you knew that the HB could break and still chose to throw. The throw was made therefore the throw stands no re-throw should be allowed.

As an actual lawyer I believe that under the circumstances and the arguments presented by both gentlemen Shayne’s arguemnt has much more proof and believe that the rule should be grandfathered and rethrow to be awarded
