Same, same. Been going through it, with my health & hormones recovering from a traumatic birth even though it was 2 years ago..and now dealing with my mother dying. I’m sag sun with sag stellium..my advice is to let yourself feel the feelings. That has been hard for me, but it’s so necessary. This too shall pass my friend.
