I felt like a chud in my weightlifting class becuase I was atleast 5 inches taller then the average girl there and I couldn't do a squat without being off balance or tipping over. but I feel like none of them understood that I have horrible ankles becuase I used to be a tiptoe walker 😭😭.

I’m 55, and also 180cm. I’ve never managed to do these because I have weak knees, but have been going to the gym for 2 years now, gaining strength and want to give these a try….do these work if you don’t go as deep down? Is there any point me trying if I can only go down to my knees in a right angle or slightly above? Many thanks, I love your content, helps me a lot! 😁
