I feel like all these people that say breath and flip the thought never had a panic attack, I’m not saying that after some therapy and working on it doesn’t work a certain way, but it’s not actualy working if you are “raw”

I had panic attacks on the time I was 19 till I was almost 50. I do it all over the country nobody I mean nobody help me one bit. I run into a doctor from Cuba in my store, not even in the office and he explained to me that a very small percentage of people cannot tolerate the coffee beaneven though I was drinking non-caffeinated coffee each only if I quit they go away I laughed out in front of him, but I tried it and I have not had a panic attack in over 40 years.
