I live in London and saw a couple BYD versions of the red double decker buses recently! This was super interesting to me because these buses are so iconic. China is succeeding on all fronts, I'm not sure exactly how to express it but I think they have conquered the "hard" industries and are now going from strength to strength in the "soft" industries as well, such as tourism. I'm going to admit, ashamedly, that in my teens and early 20s I bought into the propaganda. I said I would never step foot in the PRC. To be honest, my friends from Hong Kong contributed to this too. But I've grown past it, and social media has certainly helped in that. I really want to visit different parts of your beautiful country and hopefully take part in the culture as much as possible. Thank you for your great content

Eric, great videos! I'm a fan of China and the way you talk about it. Regarding EVs, what do you think about China government subsidies for their production? Isn't that what tariffs are (also) about?
