I'm a 33-year Texas police officer I've done quite a few DWIs I haven't done one in a couple years but I've done a lot of them in the past and first off they have no probable cause to even do any of this they didn't see him driving he was never operating a motor vehicle in their presence they should have just done an accident report and that's all and then send him on his way I will never understand why different officers from different areas of the country and different agencies go out of their way to prosecute people when if it was their own self or their family members or their why for their children you know that kind of a thing they wouldn't want that to happen to them but they're willing to do it to someone else's family member who is completely innocent that just baffles my mind

My friend was arrested because of slurred speech...he was having a stroke...he asked for medical, they refused...they pulled him over 2 more times, 30 days to the day x2...turned out ...not only did he have a stroke, but also a brain bleed...1st arrest, they couldn't get blood our of him...after that, he refused... it cost him over $5k; provided medical records & ALL charges dropped....they still took his license away.🤬🤬🤬 *he had brain surgery & all is good👍just no drLic🤬
